Delivery and payment

We offer the following shipping methods:

– Courier – PLN 20.00 net (Shipping time 24-48 hours)
– Cash on delivery courier – PLN 25.00 (Shipping time 24-48 hours)
– Personal collection – PLN 0.00

Payments

You can make payments in the following ways:

Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) – i.e. payment for the order only upon receipt of the shipment from the courier.

Payment in advance – this means paying for your order in advance via a fast online payment or bank transfer. You can choose from:
– payment via traditional transfer, via bank account,
– payment via PayU using payment cards and electronic transfers.

Standard order processing time is up to 5 business days from the moment the order is placed and paid for.
Delivery times may be longer for products marked "Made to Order".

Parcels sent by courier are typically delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. Couriers deliver parcels Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
